Karl Wallick RA, LEED AP is a registered architect in both Wisconsin and Ohio. Prior to Ware, he started an award-winning architecture practice, Drawing Dept, based in Cincinnati Ohio where his love of modest but delicate wood-framed buildings was realized. In addition to extensive residential experience, he has worked on several large-scale institutional projects for Sidwell Friends School, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania while a member of KieranTimberlake’s design and research teams. Karl is an associate professor and chair of the architecture department at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Kyle Reynolds LEED AP received a Master of Architecture from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a Certificate of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has extensive institutional and corporate experience from his work with Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hillier Group. Reynolds has exhibited projects at The Graham Foundation, The University of Michigan, Princeton University, Daley Plaza in Chicago, and the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Kyle is an assistant professor of architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwuakee.
